Preferential stays at AMRA
Access to preferential rates at the Plumeria apartment at AMRA in the UAE, once the development is complete and operating. Members arrange and pay for their own flights and travel.
The AMRA draw
Every Founding 100 member is entered into a draw. Within 12 months of Plumeria opening, we intend to draw five winners, each receiving a complimentary weekend stay for two at the Plumeria apartment. Flights and personal travel costs are not included.
Subject to availability and the final operating arrangements at AMRA, we also intend to arrange preferential rates for members at participating wellness facilities within the resort.
The Plumeria apartment
From the UK to the UAE
Bobby has bought an apartment at AMRA, a new development in the United Arab Emirates built around wellness, longevity and residential living. It is intended to become the Plumeria Wellness apartment.
AMRA, by Citi Developers, is being built in Umm Al Quwain’s Blue Carbon Zone, beside the Al Khor mangroves. It describes itself as “the world’s first integrative wellness resort”, with fully furnished, serviced apartments.
AMRA’s published plans include a wellness and longevity zone, a mind and movement zone, yoga and Pilates studios, a waterfront gym, a running track, a healthy food café and organic food market, and a rooftop beach club. It is under construction; the developer has reported an expected handover in late 2028.

The small print, in plain English
What has to be true first
- Nothing is on sale yet. The £100 joining fee is only taken once Plumeria has secured its premises. Membership prices and dates will be announced then.
- Full Founding 100 terms will be published before any membership is sold. They will cover eligibility, the draw date and window, exactly what the prize includes, availability, transferability and any restrictions.
- The AMRA benefits depend on AMRA. The apartment, member rates and any access to resort facilities depend on the development being completed and operating, and on what the purchase and resort agreements allow. If something changes, we will say so plainly.
- Plumeria Wellness is independent. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, AMRA or Citi Developers.
