How it will work
The format
The planned format. Details will be confirmed with Ruben before opening.
Circuits, not queues
Kettlebell stations, a clock and Ruben. Everyone works at the same time, at their own level.
Small groups
Small enough that the coach sees every rep and can change the weight or the movement for you.
Beginners welcome
You learn the swing, the clean and the press properly before anything gets heavy.
Training in seasons
The year runs in blocks, each with its own focus, so there is always something to aim at.
Show up, keep count
Streaks and hours trained, so consistency is something you can see.
Then recover
Sauna, cold plunge, stretching and the kitchen are in the same building.
Four seasons a year
Always something to aim at
Each season puts the emphasis on one quality: strength, conditioning, power and endurance. You keep training all of them, but you always know what this block is building.
Season names and lengths are provisional.
