This notice explains what happens to the details you give Plumeria Wellness through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, town or organisation, the interests you tick and your message.

Why we use it

• To tell you when Plumeria Wellness has premises and an opening date, if you registered your interest.
• To reply to a premises, supplier or practitioner enquiry.
• To understand which services people want most, so we plan the right ones first.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

Your details are sent by email to the Plumeria Wellness team and the person who runs this website for us. We use Resend to deliver that email and Cloudflare to host the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives information about your visit (not your form details). We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until Plumeria Wellness opens and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

Cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read and how they found the site. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which can last up to two years. Google provides this service to us; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

These cookies are only set if you tap Accept. Until then, and if you tap Reject, Google Analytics sets no cookies and cannot recognise you from one visit to the next; it may still receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, without any identifier. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time using Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page.

We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us, by replying to any email we send you. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
